Tuition-Free K-12 Education

Give your child a personalized education at no cost to your family. NC Cyber Academy is a pioneer in North Carolina online education, one of just two virtual charter schools authorized by the state legislature in 2014 and launched as a pilot program in 2015.

As a public charter school, NC Cyber Academy follows the state-approved curriculum and is fully approved by the North Carolina State Board of Education, so you can trust your child is receiving a rigorous, standards-aligned education. But what truly sets us apart is our commitment to personalization: we meet every student where they are, tailoring instruction to fit their pace, learning style, and goals. For families seeking a meaningful alternative to the traditional classroom, NC Cyber Academy offers the flexibility of virtual learning without compromising on quality.

Enrollment Details for High School Students

To ensure every student is set up for success, high school schedules are finalized based on the student's most recent transcript. Please note: if a high school student withdraws before the end of a semester, they will need to wait until the following semester to be considered for re-enrollment.

My kids started in January 2019 for the last semester and they loved it. The teachers were amazing and very helpful. Now my youngest will be in 7th grade and my oldest in her senior year. North Carolina Cyber made the transition from public to home school a breeze and very easy. Our best decision yet.
