Parents' Bill of Rights
The goal of the North Carolina Cyber Academy School System is to provide parents and guardians with access to information on student achievement through the district's Parent's Guide to Student Achievement (PGSA).
Parents are encouraged to communicate and seek to resolve any concerns regarding their student’s education cooperatively with their student’s individual classroom teachers BEFORE using the procedures set forth in the Parent's Bill of Rights policy. Parent concerns raised shall be submitted in writing to the principal.
